NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

The City of Grandview issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Proponent(s): City of Grandview

Proposal: North Birch Street Neighborhood Improvements

Lead agency:  City of Grandview

After review of a completed Environmental Checklist and other information on file with the agency, the City of Grandview has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment.

Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the City Clerk's Office, City Hall, 207 West Second Street, Grandview, WA 98930.  The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than Wednesday, November 30, 2011, to City Administrator/Public Works Director Cus Arteaga at the above address.
