Yard Sale Information

1.    Yard Sale Permits can be obtained at City Hall, 207 West Second Street.

2.    Yard Sale Permits cost $5.00 and are valid for three days.  You can be open during day light hours only.  Yard sales can be held once per month.

3.    Post your Yard Sale Permit where it can be seen.

4.    DO NOT place yard sale signs, boxes, or any kind of advertising on any city property or utility property (stop signs, street signs, street medians, street light poles, city fence post, sidewalks, sidewalk rights-of-way, or city right-of-way. 

5.    You cannot place yard sale advertisement in a persons yard without their permission.

6.    Have a fun and profitable yard sale!
