will conduct a Special Meetings on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 and Tuesday,
November 15, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 207
West Second Street, Grandview, Washington, to consider the 2012 Preliminary
Budget.
